Deleting your data — Naipes
Naipes is made by Loaf Apps. Last updated: 7 September 2026.
Naipes has no accounts. You never gave us a name, an email address or a phone number, and there is no profile anywhere with your name on it. That makes this page shorter than most — and it also means one of the steps below is something only you can do, because we have no way to reach your phone.
1. Everything on your phone — uninstall the app
Your game record, your house rules, your language, your skin and the note that you bought Naipes Completo are all stored on the device and nowhere else. They are never uploaded and we have never seen them.
Uninstalling Naipes deletes all of it, immediately and permanently. There is nothing to ask us for, and nothing we could delete on your behalf.
If you would rather clear it without uninstalling: Android Settings → Apps → Naipes → Storage → Clear data.
2. Usage analytics — turn them off in the app
Menu → Privacy → turn off "help improve the game". Nothing further is sent from that moment.
Events already sent carry no name, no email, no phone number, no advertising identifier and no device identifier. They record which game was opened, which house rules were chosen and how a hand ended — and there is genuinely no key in them that points back to you. That is a deliberate design choice rather than a convenience, but it has one honest consequence worth stating plainly:
We cannot find "your" analytics events in order to delete them, because nothing in them identifies you. Nobody can — including us.
If that is unsatisfying, the switch above is the real remedy: it stops collection outright.
3. Advertising
Menu → Privacy → turn off personalised adverts and Google is instructed to stop using an advertising profile to choose them. You will still see adverts; buying Naipes Completo removes them permanently.
The advertising identifier belongs to your device, not to us — we never see it and never store it. To delete or reset it: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Google's own handling is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
4. Your purchase — ask us
If you bought Naipes Completo, a record of that purchase exists with Google Play and with RevenueCat, who validate it for us. It contains an anonymous identifier and the fact that a purchase happened. It contains no card details, no name and no address — the store does not give us those.
This record is kept for as long as the purchase exists, and deliberately so: it is the only thing that lets the app give you back what you paid for when you reinstall or change phone. It is not deleted on a schedule.
To have it deleted anyway, email appsloaf@gmail.com from any address, with your Google Play order number (Play Store → Menu → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and history). We will delete the record within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Deleting it means the purchase can no longer be restored. If you reinstall afterwards, the app will not know you paid, and we will have no way to prove it either. Refunds are handled by Google Play, not by us, and deleting the record does not refund anything.
What is kept, and for how long
| Where | Deleted by | Kept for | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Game record, settings, skin | Your phone only | Uninstalling | Until you delete it |
| Anonymous usage events | PostHog, in the EU | Nobody can single yours out | Not linked to you |
| Advertising identifier | Your device and Google | Android settings | Google's terms |
| Purchase record | Google Play, RevenueCat | Email us | While the purchase exists |
